Delta (nee Gary) Eddy is Professor of English at Winona State University where she has taught for over 30 years. She holds a doctorate from Binghamton University and an MFA from the University of Arizona. She has played American roots music in bars and coffeehouses since the 1970s in ensembles and solo. She has given readings around the USA. She is married to the artist Marykay Lind Eddy and they live on a butterfly ranch in Dodge County, Minnesota.
